COVID-19 - Telehealth
Published: Aug 12, 2020
SA Heart are aware that many of our patients are at higher risk of severe complications of COVID-19 and we are committed to continue to provide essential care during this global pandemic.
SA Heart would like to reassure all of our patients that, despite easing of the COVID-19 restrictions, we are still following stringent safety precautions at all of our clinics.
Our cardiologists are now able to conduct Telehealth consultations where appropriate. Please let us know how you would like to connect for your Telehealth appointment.
Telehealth consultations can be carried out in two ways:
- Phone call - the cardiologist will call you at a specified time
- Video consultation - this can be done using a smart phone, laptop or PC in conjunction with FaceTime, Zoom or Skype.
