New phone system

We are excited to announce that our new phone system is now operational.

We thank you for your patience as we worked through the complex issues that have affected our networks and phone system over the last few months.
We are confident our new system will enable us to provide a much-improved phone experience for both patients and referring doctors.

Some of the new features include:

• Quicker call response times
• Menu option to facilitate the prompt answering of calls from medical rooms 
• A dedicated after-hours line for GPs
• New voice message function
• Call recording feature

NB: Medical professionals, from Monday 20th September 2021 all SA Heart clinic numbers will double as fax numbers. Please remember to update your database or address book.
